Approved by the New Jersey Police Training Commission, the Basic Course for County Corrections Police Officer includes the prescribed course of study that a corrections officer must complete as a condition for permanent appointment. County Corrections agencies will be mailed a complete application package upon request. The completed packet would be due 15 days prior to the start of the class.
